Head of Podcast Programming

Cineverse – 2022 - Present
At Cineverse I was responsible for bolstering our podcast network. Over the last four years I’ve grown our network from a modest 13 shows, to 80+ in different verticals including fiction, true crime, movies & tv, and comedy. Today the Cineverse Podcast Network is one of the top 50 biggest networks worldwide, according to industry measuring tool PodScribe.
My role here was to provide white glove service from on-boarding through the duration of a podcaster's stay on our network. I was often the first point of contact for our podcasters, and my responsibilities including contract negotiation, renewals, budgeting, marketing, and monetization strategies. Additionally, I was also responsible for much of the technical side of our network, from migrating podcasts between hosting providers, to managing VAST tags, tracking pixels, and other monetization tools necessary for our business.

Podcast Network Manager

Bloody Disgusting – 2019 - 2022
Before our acquisition in 2022, I was responsible for nurturing a growing podcast network, and creating many of the policy’s still implemented today. Here I worked with podcasters in a one-on-one capacity to create individualized goals, growth strategies, and monetize their podcasts with brand-savvy clients.

Senior Podcast Producer

Freelance, Various – 2016 - Present
In addition too my role as the head of a podcast network, I was also responsible for creating a slate of original productions. While I specialize in narrative fiction, I’ve worked on over a dozen podcasts in narrative non-fiction, conversational, and educational categories. I have worked in almost every role, from a script-writer, host, and sound designer, to video editor; which is to say, I know podcasting inside and out.
As a podcast producer I have overseen several chart-topping & award winning podcasts, and worked with both original IPs and major global franchises.

Other Skills
